1. Cancelling Your Order

You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items.
To cancel, please contact us at info@vitaminwholesale.uk with your order number.

2. Returning Items

If your order has already been dispatched or delivered, you must return the items to us at your own cost.
Items must be returned in reasonable, unused condition and in their original, sealed packaging.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

• opened or used items,

• supplements with broken seals,

• products not in their original packaging.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 working days.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days with photos.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
